Reservations and deposit

We do not make reservations without a deposit.

​

Please note that we do not accept reservations or deposits until after a litter is born. If you are interested in being notified when kittens are born, you can subscribe to our newsletter at the bottom of the page. We do not have a waiting list for unborn kittens.

 

 

When you find a kitten you want, we must receive a non-refundable deposit of NOK 5,000 within 7 days of approval of the contract to reserve this kitten for you.

If you want to reserve a cat from us, we will first be sure that you will be a good cat owner, you will receive a contract that must be approved and then we will ask for a deposit on the cat you want to buy. If something unforeseen should happen so that the cat unfortunately cannot be delivered, we will return the deposit (unless the buyer wishes to transfer this to another cat). This also applies if there are complications with the cat's health. The deposit will NOT be refunded if the buyer withdraws from the agreement. The reason we take a deposit is to ensure that the cat is actually reserved and will be picked up. Or we can risk saying no to several, and sit with the cat anyway.

The buyer and seller will agree to pick up/deliver the cat around 14-16 weeks of age or later if an agreement has been made at the time of the reservation to keep the cat for a while longer, and the full balance must be paid on the day of pick up/delivery or earlier.

 

If we have not been able to contact you and we have not received a reply via e-mail or phone, we will put the cat up for sale again after 14 days, and the deposit will NOT be refunded.

The buyer will receive updates along the way on the cat that has been reserved. We update with photos, videos and information after the veterinary visit. This way, the buyer can feel safe and get to accompany their new family member until collection/delivery.

A kitten from us is both planned and highly anticipated. The cats are part of our family. That is why we are very careful about the homes we choose when it is time for them to move away from us. Of course, we want the best for the cat and are looking for those who can offer a great home and give them a wonderful cat life.

Collection/Shipping of cat/kitten

We recommend that you come and pick up your new cat yourself.

We will always be at your disposal and will be happy to help you with travel, accommodation and more.

​

The cat can be collected from us in Karmøy. 

We can deliver in Haugesund, Karmøy or at the airport at no extra cost.

 

We can deliver the cat if the journey is a maximum of 3 hours' drive away. In a few cases, we go out on longer trips to deliver the cat (this is due to lack of time at our disposal). The buyer covers all expenses associated with the trip.
